Lack of customer service

On all occasions when I took my vehicle in for service/repairs i've had to fight with technicians & managers to get customer service.
The vehicle was problematic from the first month. it broke down for reasons unknown to me. BMW immediately wanted to SHIFT the blame to someone else, saying it broke down becuse of the fitment of the tracker. we waited for 3 hours in the street before help arrived!
When i told the dealership that I dont want the vehicle, they re-assured me that they will fix the problem. A month later the ventilations had to be fixed. on more than 1 occasion we've had to drive back with the car because parts where not there or they hadn't completed working on the car.
Also when we took in the vehicle for re-spraying of the bumper we had a HORRIBLE experience. they sai we should come fetch the car, they'll wait till 18:00. we arrived there 20 minutes before that, to find the place closed. recent incident: the car has been with Leo Haese for more than a week for something they said would take about 2-3 days. NOW SUDDENLY THEY ARE SHIFTING THE BLAME SAYING THE CAR HAS BEEN RE-SPRAYED FROM OUR SIDE, HENCE THE PROBLEMS ITS GIVING.
