I was involved in a vehicle accident on the 8th Jan and my vehicle was written off by my insurance, they provided me a courtesy vehicle which they then took back after they settled my claim on the 16th Jan.
My husband visited the McCarthy Pinetown branch and found a great vehicle for us. During the process of test driving the vehicle, applying for finance and collecting the vehicle I received such excellent, friendly and personal service. Aveen and Mark understood the situation we were in (we had no transport at all) and tried their best to assist us as speedy as possible.
Aveen was on the ball with my finance, he assisted me in finding the most affordable finance options for me and was so fast in getting everything approved.
Mark went out his way to get the vehicle serviced and the smash and grab fitted as soon as possible so that we could collect the car soon. He ensured the vehicle was in it's best condition on collection and even provided me with a bunch of yellow roses which was a wonderful personal touch.
I would like to commend Mark and Aveen for making a tedious procedure of buying a car a wonderful experience.
