INCOMPETENT SALES PERSON W/ POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I initially made an application for a vehicle with the above dealership on the 27th November 2013, CLEARLY indicated that i wanted a 'diesel' vehicle in ALL correspondence. In order for me to get a contract and take possession of the vehicle, I was told by Kgomotso that I had to take the reg docs to PMB, get the operating license, then return to JHB, hand over docs. Thereafter, pay my deposit. On the 12th Dec, the wrong vehicle was registered in my name (petrol) after making an unnecessary trip to Durban to get the van licensed and sort out the paperwork at PMB Department of Transport. All had to be put on hold while Toyota obtained the correct vehicle. I had to then postpone my December leave to accommodate this error and make time in January 2014 to have the above done. I again had to cancel my leave TODAY because, even though i was advised by Kgomotso that the vehicle was registered today & he awaits the Natis, the vehicle was NOT registered. When i called to follow up, Kgomotso shouted at me, telling me to get a life and stop calling before cutting the call. I cancelled the deal now after the story changed and i was told, in fact, no reg papers were sent off. Just pathetic!
