My car had a minor dent in the front bumper, i was told it would take 2-3 days max to fix. Every time i called to check on the progress i was given the run around and had to hold at times up to 20 minutes, only to be told to call later. Eventually after about 5 calls to them i was promised my car will be fixed on the 5th day, and in the afternoon will be ready for collection. When i went to get it, the car still was not ready and i was told that i'm not VIP and cant expect my vehicle to be prioritised more than other vehicles. Even today i am still without my car and was told to come back on Monday to collect it. This affected me going to work for the whole week as i did not have a backup vehicle, a huge inconvenience. Paul, the person i dealt with was inconsiderate, rude and arrogant. The experience i had was horrible as they provided the worst service ever. they simply did not care about the customer. I just hope the car WILL be ready on Monday.
