My car was in an accident on the front of the car where a truck tire came of a truck hitting the car from the front, damaging the bumper radiator, and bending a cross member, and also ripping some of the heat conducting elements off. I took the car to them on the 12 November 2013 and they said, give us two days to check how long it will take to fix the car, and we will call you back. On the fifth day I phoned them to hear the progress, and they confirm that I can pick up the car on the 25 November 2013. I arrived the Monday. Only thing they fixed was the radiator and it went for wheel alignment. There were more scratches on the car then before. For two weeks I was without a car, and the struggle to get to work drove me mad. Today the 17 December 2013, the car is still not correctly standing at the accident assist people, after it blew one of the fittings going into the newly fitted radiator. I also lost a battery from all the jump start, because they did not put the battery on charged. I had the car 3 days out of the 36 days from 12 November till 17 December.
