I gave in my car on 26/01/2013 for the hail damage to be repaired at BMW, Springs. I received no phone call until 08/03/2013 when I was told that unfortunately I could not get my car as it had been scratched by the person moving the car out and they wanted to fix it. I went ino the dealership on 09/03/2013 and to my horror my car was in a terrible condition. Someone in BMW had bumped the rear bumper which was out. The bonnet and roof (although it was supposedly repaired) was not smooth. The entire car was not re-sprayed as per our understanding with Miguel who showed us a jobcard and promised that the car would be re-done within the next week. No phone call until I phoned in on 22/03/2013 to be told that I need to fetch my car at 16h30. When I arrived there both the bumpers were out, none of the damages had been repaired and all I got was "sorry I'll do it by next week". Dino - your attitude is pathetic, customer service is non -existent. To Barbara and Miguel - your blatant that the car is being worked on, etc is not appreciated. In the meantime I have to continue to fork out R4500 for transport for my son! BMW - are you really a premium brand??
