PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDERS

I recently took out 2 contracts from Telkom Mobile Express at N1 City Goodwood, in Ovtober 2013, firstly my issues started when one of my contracts kept on loosing service/network and my BBM was down constantly, so much 4 unlimited BBM, I had to call the technical department over 10 times every other week, there afta both my mobiles were booked in for repairs in December 2013 both with the exact same issue of not charging, there after my one mobile is repaired and not the other claiming the other mobile is physical damage (how can 2 exact same mobiles have the same issues) there after i was told to pay r165 inorder to have it fixed and returned i pay that the next day get a call to say it will be repaired and sent to next week an hour after that i get told it will not be repaired and just returned as is, i am devastated for now i am being told it is actually water damage now, not to mention the other repaired phone is now actually lost in "transit" and am now getting all kind of stories of receiving a refurbished phone or new phone with no explanantions as to when, and when i say i would like to cancell my contracts i am told that it will have terrible outcome on me??? please assist
