Regarding warranty on my car Toyota Fortuner

Hi Peter my name is Riaan Maritz and I have baught a brand new Toyota Fortuner - Heratige edition at Baloworld Toyota in Witbank (Emahlalenhle Z. A) and I collected it from them on the 03.11.2011. This afore mentioned vehicle has got a three year guarantee exept on wear and tear such as windscreen wipers, brake pads ect. The foot rest next to the clutch pedal broke and Barloworld Toyota refuses to fix it as they claim that they get allot of quearies of such nature and that they do not fix the foot rest pedals. Now I have paid R450, 000 for my car and I feel that the way they have made the footrest is a flaw and seeing that my car is guaranteed for three years that it must be fixed by Toyota and that THIS IS NOT PART OF WEAR AND TEAR! I just do not appreaciate the way that they do business and I feel that they are putting their clients under false pretences when they sell these make of cars. I also feel that the foot rest should be replced by Barloworld Toyota as the way it was made is of poor craftmanship! So please could you help me in this matter? I think that you would help other consumers driving similar Toyotas as well. Regards Riaan Maritz
