Audi South Africa
2010 Audi A3 Engine Fire - Fix and return? Really?

I always had excellent experience face-to-face with Audi Somerset West and Claremont in Cape Town. All my details of my experience since December 2012 should be logged on their system.
My main issue is simply this:
1 - I had a fire in the my engine bay (Yes, it was spontaneous combustion). The car was stationary for 2hrs.
2 - It has since been repaired however - I would like to be put into the same position with a different vehicle.
3 - I cannot simply trade in the car as I only have it for 2 years and I owe the bank more than the car is worth.
4 - I love the car and was not prepared to trade it in as yet, but because I dont feel comfortable/safe with this vehicle any longer for me and my family, I am forced to do so. I feel that if Audi SA really wanted to keep me as a client they would assist to put me in the same or even better position considering the incident. My family could have been hurt or even killed and this is what is key to me. No person from Audi SA has even had the decency to speak to me in this regard. Everyday i need to make sure that we're all in the car at the same time & vice versa. Can anyone live like that daily? Thats what I would like to ask the CEO or MD?
