Unfair Treatment

I brought my Tata Indica 2010 for the 75km service at the above service centre and asked for the brakes and the 5th gear to be checked. The brakes were checked and further repairs recommended but the gear was not because I still experienced the same problem and there was no sure report when I asked about it on my car collection. For the brakes part repairs I had to take my car in and I asked that my 5th gear problem be also attended to. I was already informed that it may take a few days and during the day expected to be updated about that. Nothing came. Then I had to bring the car in for the 3rd time and was told it should take about 4 days; that was on the 26 Feb 13. Today I still don't have the car and have no idea when I will have it. In this period I was only called once to be told that the paper work seems to be taking time and hence the process of the warranty and repairs takes so long; an explanation that does not make sense in this day of emails and such. When I asked for a courtesy car I was told they are only 2 in such a big international place and are both out. I'm without a car for two week ends and in total 8 days with no idea when I'm getting my car back. Please help
