My vehicle was taken to PT paint and panel in early January after having a small accident, it has been an absolute nightmare since, they NEVER call you back and the person you are looking for is ALWAYS in a meeting or not in the office, for 15 days they said they were waiting for parts so i decided to phone my parts manager at Isuzu as i am also in the motor trade, I gave him the list of all the parts needed he said he had most of the parts in stock and what he didnt have in stock he could get in 5 days!!! I am sick and tired of getting nowhere with these people Gill at reception is the only friendly person that actually tries to help, it seems that not even she can get her work colleuges to phone back. They promised i would get my vehicle back on Thursday then Friday and now it Monday and once again Jason the MD is in a meeting and Terrisina is not in the office and not anwering her cellphone!!!
