No after sales service

I had my flat roof waterproofed on 21 Sep 2009 and paid promptly as requested. I was told that repairs would be guaranteed for 5 years. Since then the roof has developed a leak. I phoned MC Leibrandt and asked to speak to Brandon Visser. I was told he would phone me back. He did phone me back and confirmed all repairs carry a 5 year guarantee. He said he would call me back to confirm when he can carry out the repairs. That was the last i heard from him since my call on 27 May 2013 and 5 attempts at trying to get the call centre to get him to return my call.
POOR SHOW AND WILL NEVER USE THESE GUYS AGAIN TO CARRY OUT REPAIRS.
