I attempted to send a package to Maseru, Lesotho on the 22nd of February. Something went wrong with the shipment and I went to their offices every day for about a week. After realizing that they are unable to ship the package to Lesotho I requested my item back and asked for my money back. I luckily received my item back as they promised. As of today (15 March) I have not yet received any payment and they are telling me I could wait another 3 months for my money. I can't believe that ANYTHING can take that long.
