Where to begin. Bought a kia sportage at dealer after taking the vehicle myself for its 125 point check at Kia Roodepoort (still thinks dealer must pay me back) they found a couple of errors (and the dealer should have done a AA test before selling the vehicle). Clutch, brakes oil leak. After escalating this to my BANK who financed me, Dealer came yesterday took my vehicle back for repairs. After a few e-mails sent to salesman who helped me still no answer as to what they will fix and when this will be fixed. Only answer "Waiting for them to finish, so I can see the report." What report I gave them the report from Kia Roodepoort, or did I waste my money? This is really bad service he/them/they who ever could have just given me a call to update me but no you as customer must follow up. What must I do to get an answer. All I want to know is how long this will take? what will they fix?
