YESTERDAY the 14th March 2013 ISUZU KB, was booked for a service at the above-mentioned dealership, my brother dropped the car off around 7am. That was it! I waited for a call from the dealership to inform me of the progress on my vehicle or even to notify me when I'd need to collect my car. It is now after 10 O'clock the following day and still no one has bothered to CONTACT ME.
This morning at 8h51 I called the dealership to enquire about my car. I spoke to LEANNE, I explained to her what my query was, she asked for the vehicle's registration no. which I didn't have on hand, besides I thought if I give her my surname and tel number, she can try and find out who dealt with my car. She gave me such an attitude, she put me on hold over for over 3 minutes, when I finally got through to someone they also just put me through to someone else, no explanation of who I'm being transferred to or for what. When I finally spoke to someone they had no idea what I was talking about, they said they were at the workshop and needed the registration no. to help me. I'm truly annoyed by the lack of service here, how many consultants deal with receiving a vehicle for a service really! STILL NO CAR
