Subaru South Africa
I am selling my Subaru!

It started with no one returning my sales calls to upgrade my 2011 Forester
I had problems with the battery dying of this vehicle. I was working overseas and had made an appointment for my partner to take this vehicle in in my absence. They called her a few days before the appointment (which we had already been waiting for for 2 weeks) and told her it's impossible to come in. Anyway, long story short, she managed to see someone. They told me my catalytic converter needed replacement and the cost would be R13000. This car has a warranty plan. For 2 weeks I tried to get in touch with Subaru - no returned calls. I finally phoned the manager who then said I should bring the car in again. They made a mistake with my mileage. I discussed my absolute displeasure with him and said i was looking to upgrade my car. He said he could not help me with the new models but could come to the party with the old shape 2012. Long story but they made me an offer that was R20K higher than the advertised offer. This after all the headache. They sent me an invoice with the car listed as R369000 and 20K discount. I found the same car online for R349000. So much for the discount for my troubles!
