I purchased a Forester 2.5X from Dene at Subaru Somerset West 3 weeks ago. During the entire process he was very professional and kept me informed throughout.
The day after I received the vehicle I noticed that the cut-out for the tow-bar was to wide on one side. I forwarded a photo to Dene who within hours offered to replace the entire rear bumper!!
We finally settled on a free set of mud-flaps after a couple of hints from me.
While shopping for a new car I dealt with both Subaru Cape Town and Somerset West. From a service point of view there is very little to choose between them but Dene was the first to confirm that he managed to secure a Forester for me as stock is limited. When dealing with JP (CPT) and Dene you realise that they are car enthusiasts and not simply car salesmen.
