Clutch and Flywheel Warranty issues

This is a simple warranty failure:
A month after buying a brand new Subaru Forester from Subaru Centurion, the Flywheel and Clutch break. (One supposedly damaged the other, not sure of the technical details)

However the Subaru Centurion is refusing to pay the warranty claim. I can find no condition in the warranty is violated and since their technical evaluation is done they are unwilling to discuss it. I am now forced to try resolve the issue via the Ombudsman.
