I took my car in to WRPB to repair hail damage. They phoned me to come collect the car, but when we checked it there was still some hail dents on the one side of the car. I then left the car with them and they said that they will repair those.
The next day I picked up the car. While driving it over that weekend the alarm sensor that sits in the roof of the car fell out. Then, after inspecting it it was clear that they had broken the clips and then tried to glue it back which obciously didn't stick.
So I took the car back again, I was told by Marthinus that they have ordered a new one and I will be called once it arrives, a week goes by and I've heard nothing. My husband then took the car there and Marthinus said the part arrived, but he has to go look for it in the store room.
He kept my husband waiting for an hour and still didn't find it, so then he said that he'll phone once they found it. Again didn't here anything, so phone 2 times and did not get hold of Marthinus, after which I was told he's not in.
very disappointed with the service. I still don't have the part.
