Still waiting for response

I bought my car in 2010 - we noticed some marks on the bonnet of the car, went back to the dealership and was told it's polish marks - it will go away - it never did. Put in another complaint about the marks in May, they got a guy to come and take pictures so they can sort out the marks in the paint on the bonnet, as it seems to be a fault in the paint job itself. I have been waiting since May for them to get back to me on when they are going to take the car in to have this sorted. Every time I phone in to find out what's is happening, I am told they are STILL waiting for Renault SA to approve the job.
