Thankyou Caltex head office for your prompt response to this matter. As for the store and management concerned at Olympic Motors in Goodwood the same can't be said. It's been a week already and i havnt had a single reposne from them. I have phoned them and was told by the manager that she didn't read the correspondence i sent but had forwarded it to the owner. He was going to phone me before close of business on Tuesday 12 March 2013, it's Thursday now and still no phone call. If this is how we treat clients then Caltex as a brand is going to be damaged severely. I would like to inform whoever responds to this that I WILL NEVER EVER USE CALTEX AS A BRAND IN THE FUTURE. This has been pathetic, for a manager to tell me that she didnt bother reading the complaint as she didnt have time and its the owners duty to sort it out, that is just mind blowing how nobody wants to take responsibility.
I'll go as far too say that this franchise of Caltex is borderline a BUNCH OF the way they treat certain people.
