Kia Motors South Africa
Shocking Service From "New Kia Flagship Store"

Frist visit to dealership was on the 16/02/13. Car was selected, offer to purchase signed, instalments agreed to and pick up arranged following week. Upon signing contract, 2things were wrong: 1.My name was spelled incorrectly? 2.The instalments were incorrect, due to the fact that an additional R5000 was added to total price. Sales Person apologised. I instructed them to return the money to the bank, for obvious reasons. I was assured that they will sort this out asap and I drove the car off the floor. It has been a nightmare with ME following up with THEM. On the 6/03/13, the amount was deposited into MY BANK ACCOUNT instead. I was contacted by a Manager, apologising (AGAIN). I exclaimed my concerns and he assured me that the vehicle has already been registered under my name? Really? I still have NOT agreed to the instalments and therefore the deal has NOT been concluded yet? The bank confirmed the cheque will take 10days to clear. I subsequently informed the manager the transfer will happen once cheque clears. But again, the process is now dragged along! The entire service process has been shocking and really will not recommend them to anyone. Deal still not concluded!
