I had my car serviced for the first time today. I took the time to find out about drop offs and pick ups etc. I organised with Joe to get their driver to pick me up. They said they couldnt guarantee a time, but they would phone me. I get all the sms's that the car is doing good, but they dont bother to let me know when they are coming to pick me up. I eventually phone and speak to both Joe and Michelle. It would seem that they have forgotten to organise a driver, or my request fell through the cracks. However, no apologies, whatsoever. In fact, their attitude is one of it is my fault and I am causing them distress. Such poor service compounded by disgusting attitude!!
No wonder there are so many complaints here. If I had looked on Hello Peter before I bought the car, I would have had severe second thoughts!
