Customer Service At Its WORST!!!

After purchasing a second hand vehicle from Nash Nissan in Alberton I started experiencing problems with the car within the first week of actually having the car. As it is the right thing to do, I took the vehicle back to Nash Nissan and was advised to have a diagnostic test done on the vehicle as Nissan' technicians were not fit to solve the problem. The diagnostic test proved the car to have pre existing problems which highlights the car being sold without necessary inspection done! My car has now been at Bruma Auto for almost 3 weeks without being touched and without NO feedback whatsoever from Nissan. They do not return calls, do not respond to emails and CERTAINLY DO NOT live up to their slogan "Committing to earn your trust"! These members of Nissan have a bad attitude and put the Nissan image and reputation to shame. The degree of care on an escalating level from a sales person to a dealer principle to a regional manager all seems to be non existent. I advise anyone considering to support this organisation to read my complaint along with their other complaints on Hello Peter. If my calls, emails and endless pleas could not grab Nissan's' attention I sure hope the media will!
