We took our Hyundai elantra for 30000 km only to confirm that there was definitely something not kosher with the gearbox linkage and that the silincer mounting rubber requires repairs. All these under warranty and we were advised it should take 3 days for the mounting rubber and 2 weeks for gearbox service part. This was as at18/02/2013. Only to be told on the 11/03/2013 upon us enquiring that warranty dept only received documentation from stella hills on the 9/3/2013 since she is behind with her work!! Spoke to Yvette Venter - service advisor supervisor who promised to investigate and revert. To make matters worst, my wife's wedding watch that was in the car, vanished. I am still awaiting Yvette Venter - service advisor to revert!! Disappointed customer!!!
