On 16 April 2013 I took my car to Mcarthy Volkswagen in Parow for a sound coming from the right front side of my vehicle when turning right. When collecting my car, I was told that my suspension is 100% and the lower control arm bush was replaced. This was covered by my warranty. I was very happy as the service advisor informed me that my suspension is perfect. Due the advise given to me by the advisor I have been driving my car for almost a month with the sound. It then occured to me that the sound was getting worst. I then took the car back to them and they scheduled another appointment for me for 17 May. I took my car to them again and they then picked up that it is the strut mounting (bolts) which needed to be replaced. According to the advisor they didn't have any stock of the part and is awaiting approval from my warranty. I was very frustrated that they wanted to put in an additional claim for the same fault. They then had to have a meeting to confirm what they were going to do, They then booked another appointment for me for the 21 May to replace the bolts. I was back on 23 May and car was booked in for 28 May for the same problem. My car is still not fixed, VERY UNHAPPY
