My vehicle a Hyundai H100 which is on warranty was towed to Pietermaritzburg on 10 June 2013 for repairs to the gearbox. I have been promised that they are waiting for gaskets to complete repairs the next day which was last week. Then it was that the gearbox is faulty and they are waiting for the gearbox to arrive the next day which was also last week and nothing has been done. I run a business and my business is suffering from the bad service that I have received. They dont seem to worry about our plight but continue promising with nothing fulfilled. Customer care have such a good writeup which stipulates that we would be contacted by 24 hours. They contact you only once and never come back to you to notify of the progress. It is one of the worst motor dealers to deal with. To date I am left with no vehicle and no answers.
