My Ford Fiesta was approved for repairs with Santam on 19 Nov 2012. I was given 2 options where to take my vehicle to an approved Santam repair shop. I chose Autoprism as it was nearest to my work. The vehicle went in for repairs on 26Nov 2012. Since then it has been a non stop battle to get the vehicle to an acceptable level of repairs. I was first overcharged for the excess. Requested a reverse payment before I signed, reception then told me she it not sure how to do it, fortunately it worked. 8Jan 2013 at 6pm i was informed via email that my vehicle is ready. Collected my vehicle on 9 Jan 2013 The incorrect tyre was fitted. New panels still had chip marks on. the mag was never repaired. the door was squeaking. Subsequently it has gone back ever since then. Now the bumper keeps on clipping out. the mag is still not correctly repaired. a broken inner lining was fitted. there is a missing boot rubber. Scratches on roof spoiler. I sent a detailed report to Santam and Auotoprism on 26Feb 2013. I'm still waiting for a response from Autoprism.
Never take your vehicle to Autoprism their work is below standard industry
