Traker not taking responsibility

On the 1st march 2012 i traded my car back in the dealer with the traking device. i bought a jetta 6 (BT95JNGP) when i asked traker to install the devise they said i head an outstanding payment of R157 which i paid R158 in november. 21nov 2012 i received sms that the account is settled and i will be called by the consultant to make a new one.on the 04 november 2013 i was called and new contract with new banking details, car details and residential. it was intstalled on the 10th jan 2013. tracker send debits on the account of standard bank which i am not using for my salary since 2011. on the day of contract i gave them nedbank which i am using. now the account is in arreas for jan, feb because of that they have handend the account, suspendend their service and refusing for me to make arrangement to pay and demanding that i pay immediatley R389, 94 or i must give them the correct account no and they debit R694 which i cant afford. i will give them that account if the agree that the will debit normal installment on 15 march 2013 and the rest we arrange because i cant afford to pay R694 as i gave them correct banking details. i have been calling them to correct these from feb 2013
