8ta Fails to fix their mistake

Took out a cellphone contract with 8ta in Nov 2011, they failed to debit my account for the calls and cellphone, in January 2012 was sent an sms advising that Account will be softlocked until receiptof payment.

Called 8ta and only picked up that they had incorrect banking details!! gave them the correct details and still no debits were done. Instead they proceeded to cancel the contract and now I am liable to pay the whole contract amount and they are refusing to even apologise for their mistake, they say that I must deal with the lady from Velociti (a company that sells contracts on behalf of 8ta).

I wish to put it out there to them as to how dissapointed I am with their service and instead of returning my call still within 2012 they didnt do so. Only now I know of their feedback because they have made a ruling that I must pay.

Not fair at all... from such a new company!!!
