After paying by credit card in full for my rental car prior to picking it up, I was asked for a R1500 deposit at Lanseria, which I paid. When dropping the car off, the agent at Lanseria assured me that the deposit would be refunded the next day. That was on Sunday 3 March. On Tuesday 5 March I spoke to Trevin at the Call Centre, and he assured me that it would be repaid the next day. It is now Thursday, and no payment has yet been made. I ensured that everything from my side was in order ie. the car was filled with fuel, I had only done about 400km whereas I was entitled to 800km for the 4 days I had rented the car, and I returned the car in good time and in perfect condition.
What is the problem Europcar?
