We took our relatively new scooter in for an electrical fault. After getting it back, a few panels were damaged. When we confronted them they admitted that the mechanic fell while on a test drive (a "test drive" to Pick n Pay. We found the slip in the scooter). They offered to replace all damaged parts. It took more than two months to get all the parts replaced and during this time we had to call them every time to get an update and drive the scooter there and back quite a few times. When all the parts were finally replaced, we got the scooter back without the kickstart. After quite a few requests by phone and mail they finally agreed to give us a kickstart. I was actually not surprised that we got the oldest, rusted kickstart they could find. It's not even worth my time to go back and complain, because nothing will be done about it. I will do my utmost to warn everyone about their bad service.
