A few months ago, took my sons big boy scooter for service at big boy centurion wierdapark, after numerous returns and calls made to their head office nothing was done about the matter. bought the scooter brand new from big boy with a lot of problems since day one, everytime just being told that their is nothing wrong. took bike last week again for a service, but refuse to take it back to big boy as their service and way being treated are just unbearable, you also wait for weeks for them to get parts and in the meanwhile he just have to be without any transport. upon taking the scooter in for a service, we were told that incorrect parts have been fitted, belt were too big, resulting now again to have a new belt fitted and rolles also needs replacing. i have asked to have the old parts back as proof that big boy have fitted the incorrect parts, which i think is utterly bad service. the last time my son complained again of the scooter not running as it should, he shouted at my son.
