I bought a Storm 150cc on 13/8/2013 and within the first week I already had problems in that the electric starter did not work, they replaced the battery and the electric starter worked again. The other problem I encountered was that at around 80km p/h the scooter hits a flat spot and splutters and jerks and loses speed again. The problem with the electric starter again surfaced and when I took the scooter in for its 500km service I mentioned this to the dealer who could find no fault with the starter. They apparently tuned the scooter to address the jerking at 80km p/h which has now made the scooter very sluggish and I can barely reach 80km p/h with it now, The starter problem has not been solved and I have had the dealer fetch the scooter at my house. They said that they could find no problem as the scooter was starting ok. The problems still persisted I reported this to Puzey buy email and they offered to fetch the scooter in Pretoria. I dropped the scooter there and a week later they had not fetched it yet and after several phone calls it was fetched on 28oct.i have called puzey to hear but no one has called me back. I still do not have the license and registration eithe
