I took my scooter in to be checked out by KCR in Kempton Park as it was making a funny noise, 2 days later i phoned to find out what the issue was and I was informed the engine is the problem and i will no longer be able to drive with it, Johnny informed me whoever workd on my scooter before messed it up, when i told him they where the last people to work on my scooter he did not know what to say, i am now struggling to get answers from them and they are still in possesion of my scooter as i refuse to accept the engine packed up... he admitted to me that they messed it up due to something at the drivebelt section was put in skew so it broke off causing the crank shaft to break or something not sure as I am now struggling to get answers, they are not returnig our calls and I need to know how they will fix this... they are just ignoring us... I am not 100% sure what the cause of the egine breaking is as I am now being told 2 different stories... I need answers and I need my scooter back in a fixed way.
