We bought a volvo CX90 at Zambezi Select in October 2012. Day 1 the car was brought to us it was not selecting gears. Car was sent back and feedback received from the manager Clive was that there is a warranty from volvo Hatfield. In January 2013 the car was having the same issue as October the previous year, not selecting gears. We took it back to Volvo Hattfield, they advised us that the issue is with a gearbox and gave a quotation. On calling manager of Zambezi Clive, he was evasive and kept telling us that he will call us back. We escalated the matter to director of the company Dirk Uys. His secretary Mariesa responded on the 20 February saying that the matter is under investigation. On the 26 February I escalated again to Mariesa as no response was received, I found out that the owner of Zambezi Select is Dirk Uys who owns Centurion inspectar. We later found out that Zambezi Select was not part of Inspectacar though signing of the deal occured there, this was not inspectacar issue. These people are not interessted whatsover to resolve this, no matter how much we call and escalate. Mr Uys if you do read helopeter, as a director of a company, I would have had a deceincy of responding
