Terrible service

On the 18/01/2013 I had a car accident and reported it to miway. On the 25/01/2013 miway referred me to Hofbro Auto body. On the 29/01/2013 I took in my car and Hofbro took it in as undrivable. On the 05/02/2013 I called them to ask for time-lines, that's when they told me that miway has not sent them authorization. I contacted miway and I was told that they have already sent authorization to Hofbro to work on my car, miway resent the authorization 05/02/2013.
Based on what I was told that they will take -14 days to work on the car I assumed that I will get the car 14/03/2013. Today (06/022013) I went to their workshop to check if there is progress to my surprise nothing has been done to the car except stripping it. They couldn't give me a deadline except for a letter from mazda stating the ETA date for tail gate is 28/03/2013. Looking at the -15 days estimate given to me to work on the car, the estimate is almost 3 months before I get my car back. Does it take more a month to get a Mazda 3 2012 tail gate? I can't believe miway referred me to this panel beater.
