Hi, i have serious problems with this car that I bought from you, its as though i hop from one problem to another, its becoming the worst car experience I have ever had and the way this is going, this will be the first and last Ford that I buy.
1. the car makes funny sounds from the hood, don't know why or from where.
2. sometimes you cant take the volume up or down nor change tracks using the steering wheel controls, there are times where instead of taking the volume up, it changes the track.
3. the most most shocking, the boot unlocks itself, sometimes when driving, there are times where when a security guard opens the boom gate, the boot opens too, its the worst thing ever because I travel with equipment twice the value of the car and all of a sudden I have to drive with someone for security reasons.
4. when the car came for a clutch plate change last year it didn't return with the rear bottom cover, the car was collected on 24 October, I did come through and went through CCTV footage with Willie but it was so bad no one could see anything. I did explain, I have never taken out that part. I have over 6 issues but only have limited characters on hello pete
