New FORD Bantam, Ford avoiding problem

From the first week driving around with the new Bantam I started to notice problems with the Bantam while driving, for example the refs will jump up and down while I'm driving. I contacted Ford regarding this problem, They told me it's probably just the tuning that's a little out and it will be quick fix, took my B in so that they could have a look. In the first week after receiving my B the same problem started again, phoned Ford again, this time they say its maybe the programming that's faulty, they will have to upload it again, took my Bantam in again. After receiving my B they reassured me that the problem have been fixed.2weeks later same problem, but this time there something extra, while driving the B it starts to shake as if it not getting enough petrol, and this happens while driving on the highway on my way to work normally. This went on for a while, me taking the B to Ford, they giving it back and a couple of weeks later the same problems pops up. I've taken the B in about 10times now, for Ford to fix. I'm done taking my car in a wnt them to replace it. Contacted them a couple of times to get problem solved, but nobody contacted me. Ready to take legal action, any suggestions?
