I took my car to this Dealership for a service on the 28th of may I got it after a month The problem is that when I got it back my rear view mirror was broken and they didn't even tell me they only acknowledged it when I went back to report it on the same day and they told me they'll order one for me, a week later we tried to open the bonnet to check the water and to our dismay we realized that the lever that pops the boot is missing and we couldn't open it and to our knowledge it was there when I took it for the service . we then went to the dealership to enquire as to why it was missing and they said it wasn't there that they had open the car from the under carriage or bottom, we then asked why it wasn't noted as they tell us about all problems on the car and this they couldn't have missed, they had nothing to say, we service and repair the car only with them. we've never had issues with them until now but they giving us the run around, now our trust is broken (Purple Ford Fiesta BG37WG GP)
