Bad customer care

On the 28/02/2013 i called the central reservations number to make a reservation and the process was efficient and prompt (though additional info wasnt given, that i am to produce my ID when collecting the car) When i get there, i'm asked for my id and i tell the gentleman that i wasnnt told to produce an id. He then referd to his senior and instead of him apologising on behalf of his colleague, he boldly says "ALL OUR CLIENTS ARE TOLD TO BRING ALONG THEIR i'D'S" (Dont know what he meant by that) The service gets prolonged because i have to call somebody for them to bring me my ID. Whilst waiting for the ID, the friendly gentleman who seemed to be new, asks that we get on with the paper work whilst i'm waiting for the id. In 20mnts the ID gets delivered. You'd think i am to drive off... NO! i get told my car isn't ready and that it needs to be filled up. I wait another -20 - 25 minutes to be told they have to give me a free upgrade to a Group C. and that i have to choose between a Cruze & Corolla, i choose the cruze and we start with the inspection, halfway through the inspection, i' told the cruze is a p or something and that i have to take the corolla, (with a SLOW PUNCTURE). I
