I have the Renault megane 3 and have found out that the service plans that come with Renault are dealt with by a company called Liquid Capital. Have a look at how many complaints there are about this company on hello peter.
Due to my own experience with Liquid Capital I have made a decision not to purchase a Renault or any other brand that outsources it's servicing obligations to Liquid Capital in the future.
