Today my scooter broke down for the third time in three months and it is less than a year old. When I bought the scooter I was advised that it is not a high speed bike and as such I always keep it under 70, I am very mindful of sticking to the spec. I drive 30 km a day and occasionally to Sandton (80 km round trip). It just seems that the quality decreases rapidly on the bike. I do not speed or drive on the highway.
Also after every service or major repair I have had to take the bike back as something was not right. There is also no after sales care. today when my bike broke down I could not get hold of the branch to see if they could assist. I called the regional manager who said he would see what he could do. No feedback. Finally was able to organise a tow myself. Time to go back to a car or at least better brand of scooter where the after sales care matches the sales pitch.
This was a problem bike from the start and have been waiting 11 months to get the promised service. Hopefully I will get it before the year is up
