After buying my bike, I had a few issues including a ticking noise and idling problems. I thought this may be solved after the first service and I even pointed them out to the dealership, however on the bikes return, the same problems continued to persist.
As a last ditch effort, I took it to the Randburg dealership to see if they could sort it out, otherwise I would have gotten rid of the bike. Immediately they identified and told me what the problems were and fixed 2 of them on the spot. I was asked to book the bike in for a day to solve the ticking problem.
The bike now performs perfectly, I absolutely love riding around on the bike. I've even referred my friend to the Randburg dealership and have only received positive reports from him.
