Nissan seriously needs to check their after servic

Beginning of January 2013 my Nissan Xtrail failed to start in CBD jhb after work, we had to call a tooing service late that night to come collect the car and needed to call family to collect us, due to were we live.

the vehicle was taken to Mcarthy Nissan end street, it stood their for a week, were they could not find the problem themselves, we got the car back and they said they don't know what the problem is, but it started again so we can drive it tho!!!

i asked them for the job report and the reports to Nissan south Africa on the problem they could not fix... it is almost 2 months later and after numerous calls to Cornel and the Branch manager Karen i still have not received ANY correspondence or Job report to have this taken up with Nissan South Africa.

i feel unsafe in this vehicle and don't trust the vehicle at all, my family are at risk and that this problem can cause injury or even death.

i truly think that this is a warentee default and that their MUST be a answer to the problem. i also think that Nissan end street can talk the talk but not walk the walk, they promises me they will get to the bottom of this, that still did not happen... SERVICE to say the least.
