Nissan South Africa
New Pathfinder not safe after several attempts

I Bought a New Nissan Pathfinder from BB Auto Mokopane on Invoice date 02/10/2012. In December 2012 while driving the car the car suddenly went into something called "Limp Mode". I contact the dealer and was told that they will fix it. The car had 10 000 km on the clock at that stage. I received the car back after 2 days and sent my wife from Mokopane, Limpopo to Pretoria with the vehicle on 16 Jan 2013. On the way back the vehicle did exactly the same. I contacted Nissan again and they took the vehicle in from 17 Jan 2013 to 31 January 2013. I ask them if they were sure that the problem were solved because this is putting my life and the live of my family in danger because if this happen at the wrong time or place this problem can and will cause a very serious accident. They told me they had sorted it but on Saturday 9 Feb 2013 the same thing happened again nearly causing a truck to run over me. The car is still not back in my possession and Nissan are not willing to guarantee that this problem will not appear again and are thus still trying to put me and my family in a unsafe car on the road. All feed back i get is that they are still investigating. This car is not safe!!!
