Bought a used car from Mcarthy Nissan Gateway in Umhlanga a month ago and paid cash. As i am from Port Elizabeth i had to fly to Durban to collect my vehicle. After arriving at Nissan I had to wait for 3hours as no paperwork on my vehicle has been done yet. Eventually i left for PE in a unregistered and unroadworthy vehicle and was told that all registration papers would be couriered down to me. I then have to do the paperwork on my side and just send them the invoices. I allready had to take 2 days leave from work and stand in line at the Post Office just to hear that Nissan sent me the wrong papers. After numerous calls to the used car sales manager the problem is still not sorted and the do not contact me back at all. According to my invoice for the car i bought i got charged R 3 990.00 for on the road cost and they did absolutely nothing.
