I have a contract with them whereby they pay me for advertising on my car subject to me driving the required kms, uploading my photographs of my car timeously, having insurance cover on the car and the car being without dents etc. I recieved my money as per the agreement every end of the month after uploading my photos at the beginning of the month. I was surprised to find out on my internet portal they created for me that my contract was cancelled when I wanted to upload my photos on the 2nd of February 2014. Having received no notification of this and there being nothing wrong with my car/insurance on the car and me driving more than the required kms, this is a breach of contract. I've been advertising their company for free for the last month! I logged a complaint on their website and attempted to get some help via their contact centre. The response was that they can't see the reason why my contract was cancelled or any of my details since my contract was cancelled and my info is no longer on their system. Ridiculousand absolute bad service. I would like them to explain to me why this has happened and why nobody responds to any the complaint logged on their system.
