Vehicle still not fixed, clothing

Polo Classic taken to Hatfield Volkswagen for 60 000km service and additional repairs. Car was there for 7 days (unbelievable) and cost R6 100. Vehicle STILL not fixed. When I collected my car I noticed that clothing that was in a Foschini bag was missing. The tags were still on the top - I was supposed to return it. The top cost R380 (Instinct, Foschini). Told Jan and the manager (Peter) about this but their attitude was that I shouldn't have left the top in the car. Firstly I FORGOT about the top, secondly HOW IS IT THE CLIENT'S FAULT IF VW EMPLOYEES STEEL FROM THEIR CLIENTS? Very poor attitude. I haven't hear from either of them since, despite the promise "to investigate". In addition my vehicle is still not fixed, after I spent R6100. Where on earth must I take my VW, other than to a VW garage, to have it fixed??? If VW can't help me then who can??? Very poor service and very poor attitude. I'm utterly disgusted. Neither myself nor any of my friends / family with VW's will be returning to Hatfield VW.
