I booked my vehicle with Renault Centurion for a service and with great expectations they highly disappointed me with their poor service in helping me resolve a problem
Altha from Renault East Rand Service Department spoke to me continuously throughout my dealings with Renault Centurion, and fought for her customer, whereas Renault Centurion would do little but tell me: "my hands are cut of and I can't do anything about this issue." Altha proved to be exceptionally proactive in resolving my problem with the DDO from AMH and now I am able to book my vehicle in for a Major Service as originally planned.
She was phenomenal in her service professionalism; Renault East Rand in general was very accommodating and friendly to me when buying my second hand vehicle in 2012, to assisting me with problems and now fighting for my case at another dealer.
